Delete your account

You can delete your Impact Stream account from inside the mobile app. This removes your personal profile data, phone number, wallet identifiers, and local app data. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed for audit integrity.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the Impact Stream mobile app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot sign in

Send an account deletion request to support@impact.stream from a contact method associated with your account, or include the phone number you used to sign in.

We will verify the request before deleting account data.
